It is a group of elements that allow the filtration and self-cleaning of the filtering media incorporated in AZUD HELIX AUTOMATIC filters.
The filtering element is composed by the support structure and the stack of discs; it also incorporates specific and essential elements that intervene in the filtration and backflushing process.
Thanks to the DF-DISC Filtering device, only a small percentage of the filtering surface of the system is backflushing while the rest continue with the filtration process.

The patented AZUD HELIX System, the anti-clogging device, is placed in the base of the filtering element. It generates a helical centrifuge effect, which moves away from the discs a high percentage of the particles suspended in the water. This is translated in a lesser frequency and intensity of the maintenance labours, with the subsequent saving of water. |
